Meet Dave

a warm and wonderful man who...

dares a selfguiding bicycle tour in Romania. And he wants to share his bicycling experience. But who's Dave other than my pen friend?

Dave's a retired software engineer living in Folsom California, who likes to spend his time building street rods and generally tinkering with all things mechanical and electrical. Of course, he also enjoys traveling.

Dave's experienced at solo primitive hiking and long distance bicycling, including a cross-country bicycle trip, starting with his rear tire in the Pacific and ending with the front tire in the Atlantic. While he has traveled to several other countries over the years, this is Dave's first long distance bicycle adventure in another land.

People! This is an adventure for Dave cause he tries to do something he loves to do but in partially unknown conditions. This is an adventure for me cause I'm going to learn something about my country from a different point of view.
